According to Society for Personality and Social Psychology, clutter environment in your bedroom increases the level of cortisol, a stress hormone. According to researchers at the Institute of Psychiatry in London, looking in the mirror could make people feel extra stress about their appearance, so if possible let your mirror stays in your bathroom or another part of your house and not in your bedroom.
